DJ biography
Réne Wegner a. k. a. DJ Dose D, born in 1974, started his DJ-career in 1992.
Hardcore Techno, Gabba and Breakcore affected his style.
In 1993 together with Andy Plantikow he founded the producer-duo "BSE-DJ-TEAM", which became world-famous with diverse productions (e.g. publications on Terrordome V, VI, VII and Hardplastic Records (D) and Kak-a-Records (Japan)).
In 1996 influenced by producers like "Panacea", "Trace" and "Dylan", he switched his style to Jungle and hard Drum and Bass. Since then Rene Wegner is spinning records under the name "Dose D".
It took a while until his next production followed: In 2002 together with co-Producer Mathis Mootz a. k. a. "Panacea" on the label "Position Crome". The same formation also published "Schwarze Puppen" on the German label "Intransigent-Records." In summer 2004 Rene Wegner founded his own label and named it "Highpulse-Recordings".
